What to expect when working with me
An initial free consultation will be held to discuss your project details, goals, and vision. This is an opportunity to explore ideas, ask questions, and ensure we are aligned before moving forward.
Following our consultation, you will receive a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, estimated costs, and expectations for both parties. Adjustments can be made before the final agreement is signed.
Once the signed proposal and a 50% deposit are received, your project will be added to my design workflow. I will begin the creative process and provide updates as I work through the initial design phase.
You will receive updates and previews of your project at key milestones. Your feedback will be essential during these stages to refine and shape the design, ensuring it meets your expectations.
Revisions will be made based on your feedback, following the number of revisions specified in the proposal. Any additional changes beyond the agreed-upon scope will be subject to additional fees and included in the final invoice.
Upon receiving the remaining balance, you will be provided with a secure link to download all final art files. For print projects, files will be delivered to your selected printing company, and for websites, the site will go live as planned.

Time can vary greatly. It could be anywhere from a couple of hours to a few weeks depending on your project and specific needs.

I use silkcardspro.com for my printing needs. Or, files can be given to you to handle printing at a company of your choice. If you’re not sure who to use, I’m more than happy to help with suggestions.
No, you will receive a separate invoice for the printing bill.
I include 3 revisions on all projects following the final design presentation. Any requests beyond that point will incur an additional fee which varies per project. However, I give regular updates throughout the design process which allows for modifications as we go.
If you do not have current hosting, I can assist with selecting the best option for your needs. I will guide you through the process, but you will be responsible for setting up an account and your hosting payments. I will also help you with registering your domain.
All website designs include 1 hour of training and 3 months of support for basic assistance and minor modifications. If you still need help after that, you may want to consider a continued maintenance program with me.
Only if you request specific assets such as fonts, images, or themes that are not included in my current subscriptions.
